The Honda Elevate is a small crossover SUV (B-segment) manufactured by Honda. It was launched in India in June 2023. The name “Elevate” is a backronym that reflects its core values of empowerment, liberation, exploration, versatility, aspiration, transformation, and evolution.
The vehicle is built on Honda’s Global Small Car platform, which is also used for the seventh-generation City model. Its design is characterized by a bold and upright appearance, particularly its striking tall front end. The design draws inspiration from Honda’s international models like the CR-V and WR-V.
Currently, the Honda Elevate is available with a petrol engine option. The engine has a displacement of 1498 cc and is capable of producing 119.35 horsepower at 6600 revolutions per minute (rpm) and a torque of 145 Newton-meters at 4300 rpm. It will rival Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Skoda Kushaq, VW Taigun, MG Astor and others.
